Recreation Professionals of Ontario (RPO), formerly known as Activity Professionals of Ontario, is pleased to announce its 1st Annual Convention to be held in Toronto, Ontario October 17th -October 19th, 2018.
The theme for our 1st Annual Convention is: New Beginnings
We would like to invite leisure recreation providers from all healthcare settings, students, educators and allied health professionals to join us by submitting proposal presentations as they relate to RPO’s standards of practice.
Topics include but are not limited to: recreation assessments, documentation, development and implementation of recreation programs, evaluation and quality improvement, professional development, innovative programs, as well as legal responsibilities and legislative acts as they are applied in different healthcare settings.
